So when they advertise WI-FI just know there isn't a password. You may or may not get Cable i guess it depends on spot your in. We were just told a water main broke so we have a little pressure tonight. Water being shut off tomorrow morning and service starting about noon. WHAT ??? now no water!!! When we were given our initial spot they were putting us in a place where there was a fire hydrant in the middle of it, obviously we weren't gonna fit and had to call emergency line to speak to someone to move us. He was great and we were given another spot. But... no cable!!! For the price we paid we won't be back. Its too bad the resort itself seems decent and the people in surrounding spots friendly. Alot of people are here fulltime and they have homes and rental cabins. Not our cup of tea. Should have just gonna to Parker i think. Sorry Arizona Oasis, we've been to much nice for less and full hookups with cable and WI-FI were just that.

My boyfriend discovered this RV resort thought it looked really cool so we made a 1 night reservation to stay as fun as it was I wished we had stayed 2 nights. This is by no means is a brand new RV resort it's actually pretty dated but it's super quiet and right on the river. There was an over abundance of mosquitoes and there was a lot of permanent residents that don't keep their mobile homes or lots kept up. But the view was absolutely beautiful, staff was kind and the had a very convenient little store/check in office right on site. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for a couple of nights during the off season.

After a few months they raised the rent and said they where going to fix up the place well the bathrooms where horrible and broken shower heads, locks on door and the site smelled like sewer which made our trailer stink up. I decided to find somewhere else to stay let them know. Well when it was time to refund my money since I only stayed a week in the month they said they can't do that. No where did it state if you leave earlier you don't get a pro-rate amount back. Another thing is the contract states no loud noise after 10pm but when I complained about people partying till 2am they said they can't do anything about it. I would wouldn't recommended this place to anyone.

But be careful the winds do pick up and will blow your shade structure or motorhome awning quite a bit! We found the staff so helpful and nice. Lou traveled around, greeted the guests even on the beach with his golf cart making sure everyone was happy and didn't need anything. The young girl in the front office was also helpful. The clubhouse is nice and big and we were able to use it and cool off for games. I'm sure our Group will be back.

I reported the lack of hot water the first morning and was told they would have the maintenance person inspect and diagnose the issue the following day. That evening still no measurable hot water. (Warm at first then cold quickly). I called and complained the second time. I was told that it's a "known" problem and the hotel has a "problem " with sufficient hot water when the hotel is full.??!! The next morning a customer told me he was told the hotel has had this known problem for at least the past 6 weeks. I told the female desk clerk that this was unacceptable and I would be filing a complaint with their Corporate office and she hung up on me. Great customer service. (And we paid the full price for 6 nights). We were forced to take cold showers nearly every day. Frankly I believe they are lying and simply have an inadequate water heating system. They use "boilers" and not on demand heaters. They should use on demand heaters ~ period. They instead chose to save money at their customers expense. I am shocked and appalled at how poorly this hotel is managed and maintained. I will never stay here again nor any Hilton affiliated chain hotel and neither should you.

It was locked from the inside so we picked it open (instead of calling for maintenance which could've taken a really long time) and this was one of their last available rooms. Got the bathroom door open, toilet seat not latched on properly, sink drain missing, lights click on and off all night (along with a sensor on the ceiling that clicked every time it senses movement (including in your sleep). Room door doesn't close automatically so pull to close. Dated, dinged metal door frames. Can hear the neighbors doors and everything else in the hallway (3rd floor) Only soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion-no Q-tips, cotton balls, other. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. It's an ok stop if you need it but I'd try another local hotel over this one.

It's always refreshing to find a welcoming and clean hotel, especially when you are on the road. The check-inn was a breeze and the staff was attentive and friendly and contribute to a pleasant stay. My room was comfortable and the bed was to my liking, however there were some loose floor tiles which were somewhat annoying. They offer a fully fenced DOG PARK, a kids playground and a clubhouse. The clubhouse has a cooking area,board games&library,comfortable seating,with card tables&a pool table. The shower house has great water pressure, the whirlpool spa is hot with strong jets, the coin laundry is s fair price and in good repair . All the public areas are kept very clean.StAff ,,, All care , obviously. The rates here are more than reasonable for weekly or monthly, overnight is a bit more costly. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.
