The best moving company I've ever used, and I move once every two years. These guys are careful, work well as a team and are so focused on checking with me all along the way. Unlike some other companies that just dump the boxes everywhere in the designated room, these guys asked me where I wanted each box. I am using them a second time and my experience has been nothing like the negative one on this same page. Ali the owner also works with the movers. Really nice, calm and soft spoken. They do ask for a $200 non-refundable deposit to book the move, which is quite standard with some other smaller moving companies I've used. Before processing the $200 deposit, he made sure I understood it was non-refundable as he has booked the time for me and cancelled all other requests. That's fair. They are so well planned and coordinated they really do not waste any time; ie my money. The guys are all so polite and careful. Ali has a knack of very accurately assessing space and time. These guys are actually strategic and obviously have good techniques. I appreciate how Ali explain everything, including costs and potential pitfalls, etc. Just an excellent, little moving company that does an incredible job. Note that they are a small company so they do not have the leeway of some of the larger moving companies. And being small, they are also able to personalise all the essential services. I never thought that I would say that I had a great experience moving but Ali and his team made this possible. This was our 1st move with professional movers and it was a very good decision to use Agreed Moving. Ali was prompt, very courteous, very transparent about costs and quite helpful at making suggestions for us to save money. They arrived on time, fully prepared and they worked hard and diligently with great care for our home and our possessions. They had all the protective blankets, straps and restraints needed as well. After hearing so many horror stories about Movers breaking things or presenting extra charges at the end it was so nice to have this great experience with Agreed Moving. Best move ever! I am reluctant to post a review on line, but when a company provides such excellent service they deserve to be recognized. The Agreed team was professional, fast, courteous and careful with all of our belongings. Our move involved clearing out a four bedroom house and moving to another four bedroom house with a basement and three floors. The Agreed team were great even when lugging stuff up to the third floor. This move was just a great and pleasant experience because the Agreed team was so good.
