Really cute and small beauty concept shop - there's a nail bar to get manicures (Essie or Kure…read moreBazaar polishes), a make up station, a room to get facials and massages, and a nice selection of beauty products. On the left side of the shop you can buy make up products as well as get your make up done (day or night looks). They also carry a number of high-end, unique, and cult-favorite brands to care for your skin, hair, face, lips, and body. Downstairs, there's a private and peaceful cave-like room where they do the facials and full body massages. There's only one bed though, so you can't come with your BFFs to get massages all at the same time. The service, experience, and brands here are special so it's on the pricier side, but would make for a nice treat. You can preview their products and services online. They're quite knowledgeable about all the products but aren't pushy. The owner Juliette is really sweet and also speaks English if, for example, you don't know how to say, "I'm looking for a hair product that will give me a perfect slightly-wet, silky look all the time."

We came for a facial which included the face analysis at the beginning. After this experience, I…read morebelieve the quality of your experience is highly dependent on your facialist. They are not all on the same level. For someone who spends a lot of time on skin care and routine, there was nothing new or enlightening that was explained to me from the analysis. This is disappointing as I expected and expert to be able to tell me something new. The facial itself was okay but she didn't explain anything, where I found out after my friend's facialist explained almost every step. Post-session Is also underwhelming - I asked for green tea and was given black, and it wasn't hot. The products from my regime were explained but not in detail. I asked questions comparing different products and the facialists could not answer the questions.

These products may not smell so great but they have cleared my hormonal acne up but works as a great spot treatment. Unfortunately I was not able to book a facial here since I was in Paris for a few days ( recommend months in advance ) but I did stock up on products. I got my masque, p50w, face and lip moisturizers , serum treatments, as well as facial cleansers, and a few face accessories. They customer service was spot on - these women know their products to a tee and even suggested a few new products and solutions to problems I was having such as peeling. This spa is beautiful from what I saw - it's tucked away so you may walk right by it on Champs-Élysées street. Wasn't able to get a lot of pics my phone died. If I ever come back I will absolutely get a facial. I'm sure it will be great experience. I also saw men coming in and out which I appreciate as well. It looked super clean, I saw stations to do hair and I saw people walking from downstairs so I assume spa is down there.

It's a little oasis in a busy city that's worth a visit (if you're a lady, no dudes). Now - here's some things you need to know: *They provide disposable bottoms but you can bring a bikini if you want. Pretty much all the ladies had them so you probably want to bring one too. The disposable bottoms don't cover much. *Be prepared to be horrified by how much dead skin you're in possession of. They're going up get all of it. *This appears to be a popular spot for ladies to come together so I was probably one of the only solos - a little awkward. *I did the Prestige package and it was WORTH IT. *They give you a comb & have hair dryers do you can make yourself presentable after. *Everyone is seriously the nicest. I would go back, like every week if I could.

Honestly, Paris airport isn't the most inviting place, so I wanted to take a moment to relax here before facing the airport's frenzy. The spa is pretty exclusive, and I felt completely safe with the staff. While there might be some binary individuals, the environment is designed to make everyone feel at ease. You can enjoy your privacy, and the massage and other services are incredibly comforting when you need some time alone. My French isn't perfect, but I managed well, and they were very accommodating.
