We were able to leave all of our belonging at their location. We were given basic instructions and sent on our way. There is a small sand bar where we rested, swam and enjoyed the view. The lagoon had others who were either paddle boarding as well, kayaking & swimming. I would recommend this company and will be using them again.

For a full year they were calling me to harass me even tho the site was closed, until I pulled out my lawyer card and threatened a suit. At one point they had the most DACO complaints against them of any business in Puerto Rico, verifiable on the DACO website. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS, just like Hotel California, you can enter any time you like but you can never leave.

Predatory billing practices resulted in me being charged over $300 for one month, which I was told would cost $122. I was not told you need to pay for a minimum of 2 months, even though I told them I only need a 1 month membership. I had to mark the duplicate charge as fraud with my bank because HCOA wouldn't do anything about it. For the second issue, I have no choice but to pay. I can't believe they didn't communicate the full cost to me upfront when I clearly communicated my start and end date, and directly asked what my total cost would be. If you're in Santurce short term, don't go here. I've wasted so much time and money on simple business transactions. And frankly, they don't care.
