They said I never had an appointment. Never once did the lady apologize for the inconvenience or miscommunication. Hoping no one else has to suffer thru this.

Customer service assistant claimed she was texting the technician and gave him my cell number...I received zero contact from this guy. I mention this because the excuse last year was the local branch wasn't aware of schedules made by the main branch. I am tired of the run around, rearranging my schedule to comply with a company that cares nothing at all for its customers, and the constant frustration.
