Attorney Mike Boynton is one of the best criminal lawyers in the New Haven County. He helped me…read moreresolve very complicated cases and achieved the best possible outcome for me. Before him, I worked with two other different lawyers, but I didn't feel they had that level of experience and familiarity about the local court system. As I said, my two cases were very complicated, I need the best lawyers to help me get out of the dark time. After doing my research, I learned Mike served as the public defender in Connecticut court system for a long time before, he was very familiar how things work in the local court systems. He knows how to deal with each prosecutor and each Judge because he worked with them before and had a lot of interactions and collaborations before. I interviewed Mike Boynton on October 2019, and immediately fired my previous attorneys and let Mike represent me. From the beginning, Mike communicated to me clearly about our goal which was to get the very difficult cases dismissed without leaving me a single record, and a list of things that we need to do in order to get there. He got me a step by step plan. I trusted him 100%, and followed his plan. After working together for 2 years (of course, Covid19 has shut down the court system for one year), today, he finally got both prosecutor and Judge on-board to get my cases dismissed. You know what, from the beginning, the other two lawyers I worked with told me I may get a misdemeanor record, then after 7 years I can apply to get the misdemeanor expunged by the state. While I could not afford any criminal record as it will be devastating to my career, so I kept looking, I was lucky that I found Attorney Mike Boynton, he got my difficult cases dismissed and he saved my career and saved my life. I can't thank him enough. For anyone who is dealing with the difficult situations, you need to find a great lawyer who knows how to work with each prosecutor and judge, that took years and years to build up that level of relationship and experiences. Mike is also a great person, over the two years working together, we built up the trust and friendship. He really cared about me and thought about my best interest. Mike is a true 5 star attorney, I share my experience here in hope of anyone who is trapped in the difficult situation like me before may connect with Mike to see if Mike can help find a way out. I know when I was in my dark time, the level of stress and the level of despair almost killed me. After 2 years, today, I finally was able to get the cases dismissed. Again I can't thank you enough, Attorney Mike Boynton.

I retained Attorney Gallant eight years ago to handle my divorce case and that was the best…read moredecision I made. He helped me navigate and manage through all the challenges that lay ahead of me over the last eight years. While my ex-spouse went through five different attorneys, I stayed with Attorney Gallant for many good reasons. He provides great advice and counsel to both who he represents and the opposing party's attorney. He has keen expertise in partnering with everyone that is involved in the case, which is why his success record in achieving his client's requirements, at least with me, has been significantly high. Through some of the highs and lows that can occur in a case, he was always empathetic and would always have a plan to attain a reasonable outcome and work to be able to meet in the middle for both parties. Jerry's experience is formidable and it shows inside and outside the courtroom, while also being professional and sympathetic to each situation. He strives for the best outcomes and interests of his clients and even the opposing party which makes a lot of sense. Through the years I started out as being very angry, however over time I was able to find peace and focus on what was important in my life, which was the safety, health and wellness of both my children. Jerry helped me to reflect and move ahead with my life, which is what he taught me. Having Jerry to represent me for eight years helped with the consistency, partnership and history that we shared and that was KEY to being able to gain the successes and positive outcomes that my children and I were able to enjoy. To some degree, Jerry shares three quoted concepts that I live by: "The two most powerful warriors are patience and time" "Nana korobi ya oki" means "Fall Down Seven Times, Get Up Eight" "The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride" Jerry is very patient and will share that with you and everyone involved. Everything that occurred over that last eight years took time and it was a journey filled with life learnings and experiences. Sometimes there may be pitfalls, however Jerry will be there to help pick you up for that eighth time..and many more if needed. You will one day reach that point where there is an end to the story and Jerry will be the reason that you are a better person than when you began. He will be there to console and to also celebrate. He will work hard and smart to attain what is in the best interest of his clients and their families. Jerry is someone who I admire and can never forget what he attained for me and my family. Jerry is a Family Law attorney that I have recommended and would still continue to highly recommend! -Jorge delAguila
