Walking up to the facility, the receptionist was polite and the facility was clean and organized. The facility is brand new and state of the art. They are providing high quality care for all the retired elderly members. Easy to find and plenty of parking. I will return when my chorus performs for the residents!

They said they provide all these services but they don't. They washed her bedding but didn't make the bed, they say they clean but that consisted of a mop and trash removed. They didn't clean refrigerator or sink or common area shared with another resident. I found her at the table in their dining room with everyone eating but her. I went and told them to give her some food. She has dementia and struggles. That's why she is there. Paying almost $3000 a month for my mom to be neglected by these people. I am bringing her home and I beg you if your loved one can't do everything for themselves don't leave them here. I can only cry at the care she didn't get at this facility.

I asked for help to locate her room and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to see how well taken care of the residents were. I noticed great effort was given to provide an atmosphere where the residents felt included in social events and activities. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how well it was maintained. I was given a tour of the property and the grounds were very well kept. I saw leisurely activities the residents could take part in, as well as spaces for family members to come and celebrate with them. Afterwards, I ate at one of their cafe's and really enjoyed the lunch. Everywhere I went, the staff was so friendly. It had the feel of being home. If I had to refer someone to a nursing/residential facility, this would be the place.

The entire Rehab Team created a caring environment with an impeccably high standard of care, delivered with warmth to my mother when she was admitted after a fall. I was impressed by the Team's manners and compassion, something you rarely find these days. Not one of my questions or concerns went unanswered. The staff demonstrated total commitment into caring for my mother. There were specific individuals who offered exceptional dedication and outstanding professional performance, as well as compassion, understanding, and caring. We were looking for a new place but they were able to take him here. Dr Hanna and the staff here have been great. There are some that aren't but luckily Mary Jo, Donna and I think her name is Michelle are really good. My dad's struggle is day to day along with the other residents here. I'm thankful they all have caregivers around that look out for them. Some people need more attention than others so I know they have their hands full.
