We first needed to update the trailer. I did a lot of research to find someone that could take care of this. I found Big Kahuna Marine and read how personal they were and how well they took care of their customers. They took care of the trailer like it was his own. They did a great job and made sure everything was perfect and safe. Later I needed some cosmetic work on the fiberglass due to previous owners lack of care. The swim platforms were damaged and the top sides above the rub rails were cracked on both sides. Alex and his team did an outstanding job and it looks brand new. I paid $321.00 for the repairs to the brakes, safety chains and wiring. When I left the following Sunday March 2nd 2025 I made it less than ten miles and the brakes locked up. While inspecting the reason I found not only had the brakes been overlooked there were three led lights connected to a feed wire that had been twisted together and not properly repaired. I called to report my issues and received no response what so ever. I found a trailer to haul the dolly (ironicly) to a mechanic near by who replaced a bad caliper, fluid change with bleed. Got on the road a day late but safely made my 1,300 mile trip. Don't trust these guys it could cost someone their life.

Also synergy who makes the trailers has the wheel nuts up so tight not even an impact could get the tire off...I'm 200lbs and bouncing on the tire iron didn't budge it also. I use this trailer for work so downtime is money..Cape Coral trailers response...have it towed at my expense (over $400) to his shop to repair it or call synergy and try to have them send someone...which could take days of downtime if they even accept any claim.
