Adam and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful and they do top-notch work. I am not exaggerating when I say they have been the best service and repair people I have ever dealt with. Compared to other places I've dealt with which did sub-par work, had massive delays, or impossible schedules Stallings has always been able to see my vehicle quickly, and do highest-quality work with great turnaround. If you are in the greater Tallahassee-Thomasville area and need service on your Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge, I cannot recommend Stallings highly enough. Only caveat is as of this review, they do not have any EV-certified techs so they cannot work on any EV or hybrids, but they are apparently in the process of getting one of their people certified so hopefully in the near future that will pan out.

I broke down passing through several years ago. They got me in right away and I was back on the road after replacing the water pump on my Magnum. While it was torn apart, they replaced, at my request, the timing belt. Very fair priced and the service rep was very nice. Folks you can't get any better dealership than this. I've had vehicles serviced here for years and they've always treated me right. Just bought my dually 3500 pickup here and get a great deal and a very fair trade. Cody, took exceptional care of me and my wife during the process. I can't say enough. No better dealership.

We called this company about 7pm and they had a guy out to us within an hour with the proper tire. After fixing the bad tire we followed him back to the shop so we can have the other tire replace the next morning. Coincidentally our Air dryer went bad along the way and we barely made it. All these guys here were awesome, got the part ordered and made sure we had what we needed until the part came in. The cost was very reasonable for the services received and I highly recomend them if you have an emergency situation in their area.. They replaced both rear tires, the air dryer assembly and provided what we needed to boondock while repairs were being done.

I went last week to look at a Jeep. Talked to a couple of sales guys, but since I bought my last car from Brian, he decided he'd help me out again. I cannot say enough good about these guys. I drove off the lot in a brand new Jeep Renegade and I absolutely love it. The service is top notch, I mean it when I say they go above and beyond. I swear they bent over backwards to get me in that Jeep. I was upside down in my old car, but they were still able to get me in a price range that didn't make me cringe...too much (I'm cheap). All jokes aside, I've gotten vehicles from other places in the past, but can assure you that I will never again get a vehicle unless it comes from a Cass Burch lot. I swear to you that it's like dealing with your family, and not the family that you have to "tolerate for a few hours at thanksgiving". If you want amazing customer service, this is the place for you. If you want a car buying experience to put a smile on your face then you need to go to Quitman.
