Still problem not solved. Now my car is back in the shop because the evaporation system is still not working! I have had to book an Air B&B , because I could not count on Redline to get my car fixed in time to take my camper to the State Fair. I want to give it a 5 star review. I will come back and update after I get my back If I had to give a great praise to the business/ very accommodating,

They notified me that I have a stud in my left rear tire that was damaged. I told them I would return on Thursday for the replacement. I noticed that one of my wheel caps was missing on Wednesday and let them know on my return today. Their tech stated it was missing upon my delivery on Tuesday for the tire rotation. No memo was given that it was missing when I arrived for the rotation and I strongly believe that it was there, I have pictures from the week before that clearly show the cap on the wheel. The caps run about $75.00 plus shipping to Alaska. No offer was made for reimbursement, I paid to have the stud replaced. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I would recommend you take pictures of your vehicle on drop off.
