So, I've been meaning to check this place out since it opened. I rarely go to the mall, as it can crowded and busy, and forget about parking! I happen to be at the mall, and finally decided to check this place out! The space is small, no seats inside, but pretty clean. The guy behind the counter, gave me some samples to try out. In the end, I chose the Thai Tea ice cream on a Milky Bun. But what I got was the Jasmine tea ice cream instead. No worries, I was debating on getting that anyway, that's why I didn't say anything. Plus, he was super friendly and nice...lol! The Milky bun is basically like a donut! So, it's an ice cream sandwich on a donut...that's all! They do have unique flavors as well as toppings. First time customers, came in about an hour before closing and did not feel welcomed by staff. Place was not busy, only one other couple in front of us at the time. The lady who was serving us did not make our experience all that great. She was rude when we had asked for samples. Sighing every time we asked to try a flavor, we had tried 3. After paying she had commanded us to "Close the door on your way out." I'm guessing the couple before us left it open, or the group after us had opened it. I understand there's a sign on the door to keep it closed, but telling this to a customer feels the same as "Don't let the door hit you on the way out". I went here with my gf for the 1st time thinking it would be good after eating the ice cream I eventually did not finish it and Mt stomach started to hurt as well as hers and it got worse even when heading to bed along with waking up in the AM I don't know if the ice cream has alot of food dye or any idea what's wrong but I do not recommend coming here unless you want stomach ache then your in for a treat I rate this place a 8-/10 customer service but ice cream and any shake is horrible & fyi I'm not lactose & intolerant ! I come to Temecula often to see family, so was very happy to hear there's an After's location here (I usually go to Cerritos). It's pretty much the same as other locations, but it's odd that they don't have any seating at this one. You just have to find a bench outside or go in the mall to enjoy your dessert. Besides that, can't complain about anything else! My go-to is a milky bun with Vietnamese coffee ice cream and Cap'n Crunch as a topping. (milky buns come with a topping). For you parentals out there: my niece and nephew looove the Cookie Monster ice cream. Beware: it makes your teeth blue. I think they usually have a collaboration with a couple themed flavors; they previously featured Hello Kitty and now Spongebob. They also have a Halloween flavor right now called Candy Monster which was really good; it's filled with different candy/chocolate. Service is great here, just as other locations. There was only one person working (on a busy Sunday afternoon :( ) and she was killin it- so friendly and worked at a fast pace even with a long line. Forgot to get her name, but she has glasses. Decided to grab some dessert when my boyfriend and I went here near the end of December. They had two flavors that were Spongebob themed, so I tried the pink one and it tasted really artificial to me. I wasn't going to get any ice cream in general after that, but after my boyfriend had me sample their acai berry sorbet of sorts, I was roped back in to buy a scoop to share with him. I just liked how fresh and natural that tasted. It was definitely what I needed after our lunch meal. read more

Found this spot on handy dandy Yelp and couldn't be more happier! Parking was also easy to find since it was on a late Sunday night and we didn't need to pay for any meters. I absolutely loved all the different ice-cream flavors this place offered! It was frankly quite hard to choose since they all looked so tasty! After a couple samples, my hubz and I finally settled on the Vietnamese Coffee and the Jasmine Milk Tea ice-cream flavors. We liked that we can do a single scoop and just pay $.50 more to get 2 flavors! The Jasmine milk tea and vietnamese coffee complimented each other really well and they were both soooo good!! The consistency of the ice-cream was rich and creamy. I am so glad we got to try this place and will definitely be back whenever we are back in Murrieta. read more

I came for my first time yesterday, 7/10 at around 630. I want to give a shoutout to the young man working at the time- he was very patient, helpful and nice. So 5 stars for customer service! I tried Milk and Cereal, but it tasted a bit too much like the real thing to me. I tried Cookie Monster and it was bomb! I got that with a glazed donut. Ice cream is smooth and there's some interesting flavors. Some are really good. I've been there about 6 times now and I always wonder why there's no pictures to show what a sticky bun is which is a donut that they'll put your choice of ice cream sandwiched in. Most new customers won't understand the menu. I know I was confused. Wish I didn't have to wear a mask. Being Vaccinated means nothing I guess or the freedoms of the customers and I guess we don't really care for the CDC suggestions and science. It's an inconvenience for sure. We were welcomed with a warm greeting as always since we come here often with our children. As we were leaving, we opened the door for a couple that were leaving the premises. The woman had her mask on and the man had taken his off to eat his ice cream as they were checking out and leaving. While checking out, another employee came from the back and rang us out. When they served the ice cream to us, it was dripping all over and the kind gentlemen offered us cups. So we took the cups to flip our ice cream cones in. The employee who came from the back to ring us out already had some attitude on her. While I'm checking out with my credit card and leaving a tip, my husband is trying to hold two ice cream cones. My husband wasn't thinking and took off his mask to lick off the ice cream that was dripping down his hands. She said very rudely : Next time wear your mask! He then replies, I did ma'am it's right here, I apologize. Her tone gets louder and says: Well next time, Don't take it off! We apologize and she rolls her eyes and goes to the back again. We mentioned to the nice gentleman to helped us, that we come here very often and have never been thrown attitude like the way she just did. He said: well, that's the manager and she is right! You aren't suppose to take your masks off. We said: we understand and we apologize for not thinking about taking off the mask to lick the dripping ice cream you put into our hands. We understand this is a very difficult time and we comply with the rules and regulations. But don't be so damn rude about it. Have common curtesy! We apologized for our wrong doing and this manager was still rude as hell! We always bring family and friends who visit the area to our favorite places and Afters is one of them. Not anymore! Took a trip to this location today as it was recommended. Was very excited to try the banana cream. There was one family being helped and 2 employees. We waited our turn and had 3 ice cream orders and 1 shake. Not sure if the ice cream is hard to scoop but it took a while for our order aside from the shake. The line was pretty long outside as we were leaving. The young man that was working had longer hair and didn't have it pulled back so his hair was almost touching the ice cream while scooping. It should be a requirement for them to pull their hair back. This is exactly how loose hair gets in food.
