Yes I was trying to ignore the mess in my home for few months now, procrastinating to clean my house after I moved into it three months ago. It really needed some good scrubbing, so without thinking fast I started searching for some quality help in the neighborhood. I found these guys, that I found to be fast, efficient and trained. I didn't know if I needed to do a clean up before they arrived, so I asked them through email, and I was told not to worry about anything. Also they sent me a coupon for future use and a conformation of my cleaning, that included the time of arrival. Everything went well and my home was properly cleaned. I would recommend.

Not only have the prices skyrocketed, but they provide fewer services and lower quality (everything is an upcharge). For a simple request for something extra, they want to charge more. They can't seem to keep any cleaners longer than a few months, so I'm constantly training someone new. It didn't take long for me to realize that Mr. Crews knows absolutely nothing about cleaning a house, and that became so apparent and so bad that I got fed up and fired them. I wouldn't even give them one star.

The paint job that was done on my home look amazing. They put time and effort into their work and it shows. Before when I use to come home it don't feel like a home I could be proud of. But now with this new paint job I can't wait to pull into the driveway. I have received only good comments about the paint job. I recently had my front doorframe repaired. I texted Gina, and she said that they were come back to touch up the doorframe at no extra cost to me. I'm more than pleased with how much care go into taking care of the customer. Omar even came out to pressure wash my driveway. Marisol was on top of her game. She kept in contact with me while the work was be done. She would keep me updated on when the crew would be finishing. Also she would asks me if I had any concerns about the paint. After everything was done Marisol and I walk around the house to see if there was any problem or touch up needed. The payment process was easy. I love the fact they don't ask for payment or deposits to start the job. They allow you to see the final project first. They really let their work do the talking because it left me speechless. I'm will be given them a call for my next project. I have already recommend them to family and friends. So if you are looking for a company to treat you like a human being. This is the one you should choose. I originally contacted SW Builders through Yelp and got a response in less than two hours. It was very convenient. I was able to compare his quote with a few others via Yelp all one screen. Like many people in Tampa, we had extremely hard water and needed a water softener installed. Manny quoted me a fair price and never swayed from that quote. He picked up the softener for me and arrived ready to work. He and his team worked tirelessly. Even after they hit some bumps in the road, they kept working until the job was done right. Considering plumbing is something I know absolutely nothing about, I appreciated his dedication. He definitely earned our trust which is priceless. After a lot of hard work, everything was installed correctly and efficiently. I would undoubtedly recommend Manny and his team for any handy work around your home.

Those aspects alone merited a 5-star review. But East-West really hit it out of the ballpark with the professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, exceptional communication, and positive attitudes of their employees. Starting with Phil, who wrote up our estimate and later calmly solved a small speed bump in our project. Then Maya, their office manager who impressed with her ease (and promptness) in communication and amazing kindness. And Jonathan, Frank, and John, who did the work cheerfully and with pride in both their process and outcomes. I could not recommend a business more enthusiastically nor with greater appreciation.
