Elena, the hair stylist, was super fun and sweet to be around. I really loved her energy and she made my experience at the salon really comfortable. I am happy to say Elena was able to accommodate me and make sure that my new hair color matched the tips of my hair. The only reason I'm docking a star is that I don't think the spa pass was worth the $100pp it would have been normally, as the amenities were pretty standard and the women's locker room was pretty small. It def makes sense being in the MGM resort and can be great for guests but I'd rather spend my money at a standalone spa like King Spa that had more unique offerings. I had already arrived early and went back at 20 to see if I can talk to stylist face to face but she wasn't even at her location (the doors were locked and I knocked). She was unprofessional because she wasted my time. I could've went to someone else who would've kept the appointment or just remove the times you know you can't make it to your shop. That made me feel like she doesn't value her customers nor their time. Gas is high and I wasted my gas. I WILL NEVER try and book her again and I recommend finding a stylist who values your time.
