My 85 year old dad was told it would be additional to have the tree removed and the stump ground. No return call. 2 trees cut, removed and their stump ground $2000. Third tree cut and abandon $1000. It started bad when he was late to the quote(which I can understand) and we were quoted $750 for the whole job. When it came time to get it done he kept pushing the job back. Finally they showed up after 4 months to do the trimming while we were gone. We came home to an incomplete job, and a bill in our mailbox $150 more then the original quote coming out to $900. And when we called but to ask him to finish the job he was not very customer frielndly. TL;DR 1) late to quote 2) very late to actual job 3) didnt finish job as agreed upon 4) charged more for an incomplete job.
