After several failed repairs by others, we were referred to Veterans Roofing. From the start, sales rep Kevin Alberto was outstanding. He did a deep inspection and clearly explained the underlying issues: rotted plywood, loose shingles, and incomplete flashing. His transparency gave us the confidence to move forward. Project lead Jordan and his crew were incredibly professional.
