they charged me for a service they did not complete, the removal of a specific stump…read more They had been completing the work on different days, and billing me as they went, and I didn't pay the bill for the $150 stump removal because they didn't remove the stump yet, I thought they were coming back. Then, they threatened to send me to collections over it. I told them the stump was not removed, they sent me a picture of dirt in the wrong place and said that was where they removed the stump. There was no stump present in the area of the photo they showed me at the base of my tree claiming they had removed the stump. There was no stump there. never trust anyone on your property without "before pictures," they can literally lie and send you to collections. So I ended up paying $150 for the removal of a stump that is STILL THERE TO THIS DAY. The office staff were rude and condescending regarding a service that they had not even completed. I would not recommend these people to anyone. They demanded payment for a service not rendered and threatened to send me to collections at a time when I was vulnerable and did not have the bandwidth to fight back. Never ever hire someone to remove something off your property without before photos, I did not know how easy it was for them to lie and send you to collections when they have failed to complete the work. edit to add: yelp will not permit me to reply to your comment. Take it up with your office staff. Upon further review, I sent you multiple emails regarding this issue, none of which received a reply. I started with Vigilant and found my landscaper. Their pricing is lower the competition and I now know why, when the three guys comes by, it's like a fine tuned orchestra, each has their role, they are in and out within 10-15 minutes and very high attention to detail. If you're looking for a landscaper, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

We had a big aspen by the house that had to come down, a big cherry plum runner over the neighbor's property, and a crabapple and 2 huge spruces that needed to be trimmed away from the house. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, busted their tails in 105 degree temps to do the work, and even with a stump grinding, left the grounds and the lawn looking immaculate! Their work was great and the property looks way, way better. Super friendly and cheerful through it all, too. I cannot recommend Arbor Elite enough to anyone looking for a tree service. AAA trees Done Right did a good job with the removal. There was one small error that resulted in denting the custom gutters. AAA did take responsibility. The problem came with the stump removal and grinding. The stump was so large it left a large pile of shavings. So much so that by the end Terry couldn't see the stump. Therefore, the ground stump was uneven and not low enough. Worse yet was they didn't clean the mound of shavings up. Terry said it wasn't included in the price. Buyer beware! Unless your contract specifically states clean up your bill could be considerably more costly or you could be left with the removal yourself. We will be using CM tree service from now on.

This company has removed multiple huge Cotton Woods from my private street here. We live just off…read moreZimmerman Ave on a small private HOA property. Over the past few years I have watched this company remove, and trim down, these horrific invasive cotton wood trees. From talking with my neighbors they all have said the same things repeatedly. That they charge WAY less than others are asking, and they do the job well! I have spoken with their crew and owner repeatedly, and the guys are all great. Very conversational and interesting guys. It's more of an old fashioned approach to the job, where these guys just come out to your property and work super hard, doing all the manual labor themselves. I applaud their hard work, and keeping the industry alive and going, I hope we never lose a Billings contribution like this business because they are a true asset for our citizens! They also recently gave me a big dump truck of their shredded wood chips, so I didn't have to get to the garden center and buy a ton of mulch this year, and I saved quite a bit of money as well. The owner is super kind and willing to do anything to lend a hand if you just ask. I don't think I can recommend them enough at this point. If you need a tree trimmed or removed, you should definitely consider these guys and at least have them come give you a quote!

We called MT sprinkler the middle my May stating we needed new timers and heads for our irrigation…read moresystem. They scheduled us 3 weeks out for install of new timers and heads. Joe came out on the scheduled day and showed up with no new timers and no new heads. He was at our house for 15 minutes and told us we needed new timers and heads, something we already knew and were expecting to be installed that same day. He then left and told us he would call with pricing. He never called so we called again and spoke with an older women who runs the front desk, she quoted us between $300-$400 for what we needed. We then scheduled another appt another 4 weeks out for install. The time finally comes for install at the end of June. 6 weeks after the initial appointment. The install went fine, but we then received a bill for over DOUBLE what we were quoted, and after a few weeks we realized the heads and lines were now actually Leaking. Nothing but problems with this company. Highly DO NOT recommend.
