New ownership! They are now set-up to create your
kitchen on-line, and provide precise measurements to your contractor. They may install, but I didn't ask since I have a contractor. Customer service is impeccable, cabinets are quality, and my high-end kitchen is beautiful! read more
Horrible contractor...all this person is a cabinet salesman. He tells you what you want to hear but when it comes to doing the work he cannot do it..He did my bathroom and charged a huge amount and expected us to do much of the work..charged for a $400 toilet and put in one from home depot for $118...was suppose to put a built in shower seat..and did not...told me to buy a teak one..where he took out the shower he never filled the floor before laying the flooring...and it goes on and on..his finishes are terrible..and I am willing to show it off..Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this lousy contractor ...AND he walked off and left the old toilet and debris in my garage..a kind neighbor removed it... read more
while the product was ok, the quality of the install was not. My big complaint is that promises were not kept. This is a small family owned company that does not agree with each other on customer service and retention of customers. My efforts to contact the principals of the business were in agreement but were not carried out. While my monetary loss is small I urge any prospective customer to exercise caution. Contracts help but they can become expensive
if not fulfilled. I am a believer of the old school where a persons word should mean something. read more
Worked with Tracy - can not recommend. Did a total remodel - cost $29,000 in the summer/fall of 2018. Starting with initial consult and proposal - I had to have Tracy reconfigure his recommendation because the vanity cabinets wouldn't fit where he proposed. Weeks into the project I realized a 48" shower was being installed - the proposal was for 60". When questioned Tracy told me that my contract said 48" but he had forgotten to point that out. Project was scheduled for 4-6 weeks. It took 4 months because of the number of times that subs needed to be brought back in to fix their work to standard that was promised. Two of the three payment disbursement bills had math errors not in our favor. Despite our numerous comments during the process about our concern that there would be sufficient insulation - there was not. By January pipes had frozen three times. Once we realized there was a small amount of water damage in the bathroom right below the master we had Tracy come check it out - both times he attributed it to a probable roof leak - not the case. Pipes burst flooding the first floor bath. Spent $1300 for a roofer to pull back and replace shingles and the roof was completely dry. Roofer pulled down the ceiling in that bathroom for us to show us where the leak was coming from - work done on the master bath. Tracy did send in subs to pull down wet Sheetrock on ceiling and walls and repaint but we still paid $1300 to roofer unnecessarily. read more

We would like to respond to two reviews done by Lisa B and Judy D we did not due the work it was done by his son Tracy who has his own side business and they had no legal right to post these remarks. We are sorry for their issues but we are not responsible for others and no money went to Affordable Kitchens. read more
