I was told after I came in to get my cavity fixed, then I could make the next appointment. When I showed up for my appointment for the cavity, was in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. I was brought back and waited about another 30 minutes to get numbed up. I was told the dentist would be with me shortly. It was about 40 minutes and I finally got up and was looking around for anyone to talk to. I found an assistant on her phone in the room next to me and asked her when the dentist would be in to start the work and she said "honey, I don't know" in a condescending tone. She got up and walked away and a minute later the dentist walked in and I heard her under her breath say "alright you twisted my arm". The dental work took less than 5 minutes. I understand if a business is understaffed, things are difficult. But please don't overbook if you won't be able to service your patients in a timely manner. I won't be returning for anymore services unfortunately.

I've never waited longer than 5 min to be seen, I get text notifications to remind me of my appt times, and usually they call me the day b4 my appt to remind me. Also they've called the day after my root canals to check up on me, and called me in additional pain meds when my teeth were still hurting severely.
