Never Never Ever use Post Holes…read moreFences & Decks 4U , what a night mare , first the guy was so rude when he got here I should of known and told him to leave right away , but of course me being to nice never said anything , then Iam sitting out there and I look up and I said to the one guy did you drill the holes exactly where we had painted the mark, he says to me " sorta " I was like well that is way bigger than 8 feet , so i go and get the tape measure and it was over 9 feet . I said oh this is not going to work we have already bought all the lumber , he says oh well you will have to go back and buy a 10 foot piece . I said I don't think so , I called Rodger and long story short , Rodger told them to get the **** of the property , Next thing I know the big boss is in the backyard and he starts pulling out every fence post that was already in I said Iam pretty sure you need to leave , he says if your not paying me for good work Iam taking these post out !!!! He didn't have the time to talk with myself and was snarky when I asked questions about the job. After having a difficult conversation about the job, I was given an extremely unreasonable quote. I have made numerous calls about my reno & this company is by far the worse the worse!

First impression: Professional and polite…read more Last impression: Cocky, arrogant, immature, unprofessional and a member of the deck boys club. I contacted this company for a second opinion about a quote that I received from another company (standard consumer practice to compare prices). I guess he didn't like that I sent a image to show the sizing of the deck etc. FAIR.... But my intention was to show sizing of the deck that I would like built. Apparently it's a faux pas to do!! So IN TURN, I TOOK HIS FEEDBACK AND THANKED HIM FOR IT. I IMMEDIATELY SAID THAT I WOULD GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL COMPANY AND GIVE THEM A CHANCE. DUSTIN took it upon himself to share our correspondence via text msg with the original company that I was trying to "shop around for the design". Really??? How immature. Nonetheless, buyers beware. Hire a professional company and not a company that's still in high school with high school IMMATURITY! Absolutely disgusted by the bro-mance between companies. Anyway the original company decided to no longer take on my project. Thanks Dustin for making me smarter, and allowing me to not give you or the other deck company my money!!!
