The first fellow who started my assessment and all that stuff was super friendly very welcoming. John, was my physical therapist after that was equally as funny and welcoming which I was surprised to find possible as the first guys was so great! From what I saw it seem like all the physical therapist at three Rivers were super friendly and had good relationships with their clients. Unfortunately, my insurance only covered six sessions, which equaled to about three weeks. At three Rivers they like to see you about twice a week or more depending on what's going on in order to get the best results. I can definitely say with confidence that my traps felt much better after the three weeks. Now I also have lots of exercises I can do to help them when they're feeling tight. I would definitely recommend this place and hopefully I don't have to come back for pain and I can just do my exercises like s good patient ha ha

The instant I met Dr. Ryan he was upbeat, well spoken, asked questions and explained what his end goal was for me. I'll be honest, the interview room does have some casting couch vibes but it's not important. Once he sees you in the interview room, then you get taken to a triage room where he takes your temp, blood pressure and all that jazz. Gets a feeling of the condition your back is in. Once you get through all this (Only for your very first appt) then you get taken to the adjustment table. I'll say this, I've never had a chiropractor with the enthusiasm of Dr. Ryan. He's someone I'd hang out with in my personal life. So.... Recap in a nutshell. Get over to La Mesa and tell me I wasn't wrong.
