I had previously tried everything--massage, stretching, strength training, standard chiropractic care, rest, and physical therapy. The pain might subside for a day, but it always came back. By the time I turned to their clinic, I had lost hope that I would ever get better. I've been seeing Elham for acupuncture for about 3 months now and the results have been incredible. She is profoundly knowledgeable about the body and truly holds the art of healing through her deeply individualized treatments. Because of her tailored approach, I have experienced major improvement and now even have days where I am completely pain-free. I finally feel like this injury is close to its way out and I will finally experience a life without chronic pain. Dr. DeMartini's chiropractic work has provided the perfect additional support alongside Elham's treatments, leading to massive milestones in my recovery. He has a truly brilliant mind and a masterful approach to healing, paired with an incredibly kind and caring demeanor. My lower back pain is ongoing, so its not the end of the story, but I can verify that Dr. Hedjiyane knows what he's doing in treating back pain. My back pain will flair when I exert my back without bending my knees and taking care. I do that about 2 or 3 times a year. I had been struggling with chronic eye strain for years, trying everything from specialized lenses to vision therapy, acupuncture, regular chiropractic care, and therapeutic massage, to solve the issue. Despite the many efforts to the contrary, nothing provided lasting relief from the severe tension, ache, and inflammation I was experiencing from my shoulders up. And, despite those efforts, it just kept getting worse! It finally reached a breaking point where I was in so much pain and frustration that I even broke down in tears at work. I couldn't use my phone, computer, or read a book without extreme discomfort. Then I found Dr. Vazquez. He took a full set of X-rays, walked me through the findings, and gently adjusted my misaligned atlas and C2. Instantly, my body responded and realigned. Within a week, I was only slightly off, and by the next adjustment, my upper vertebrae were holding. More importantly--I felt relief I hadn't experienced in months/years. And, I could read again! I continue to see him for adjustments, as there are additional issues that need attention, but he has also empowered me to do traction at home to support my alignment and regain a healthy spine. Dr. Vazquez runs a one-person operation and is a dedicated family man, so his schedule can fill up, but his commitment to helping his patients is unwavering. Two friends who have seen him also had life-changing results--one suffering from vertigo so severe she was falling over during regular activities, and another who couldn't read without taking Dramamine. In both cases, atlas adjustments brought them relief when nothing else had worked. Dr. Vazquez has a relaxed yet focused approach and is the most calming and mindful chiropractor I've ever encountered. I can't say enough good things about the care I've received at Truhealth. If you're struggling with chronic issues and feel like you've run out of options, I highly recommend giving Dr. Vazquez a visit--his work is transformative and has made a world of difference for me and others.
