The receptionist was very friendly and took care of my paperwork quickly. I sat in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes before being escorted to my exam room. I had to wait in the waiting room longer than I would've liked, but I'd had a book so it wasn't all that bad. The doctor, Heather Collins, did apologize when she came in citing some acceptable reason for her tardiness. Dr. Collins was fantastic. She's bright and cheery and was great with answering all my questions and going over different scenarios. She promised to follow up with the results of my tests because, "No news isn't good news, you just don't know!" The office followed through with calling me upon getting my results from the lab. Will definitely make this my primary care provider. Up until now, I'd only ever gone to my pediatrician (from about 2 months old to the current ripe age of 24), which he is totally cool with and said I can go until he's retired, but something about having to sit in a waiting room with snotty, possibly swine flu infected kids is not at all appealing anymore.

I called to have a perscription renewed 3 times over a period of 7 days before it was filled. when I mentioned my concern over not haivng my medications I was told that they had over 4,000 patients and I should call in sooner if I'm going to run out. Even my pharmasist told me they don't return refill requests in a timely manner. Doctors don't return calls but deliver messages through their rude and uncaring staff. I overlooked their bad behaviors quite a few times before saying enough. I suggest you keep looking. This doctors office will be closed no doubt with this type of patient care.

Worst Managed Practice I have ever experienced! Started going to them about twenty years ago, but…read morein the past two years they have become so unprofessional. Calls are never returned, ever. it takes weeks to get the simplest of approvals leaving dozens of messages to get an answer: what should have been a routine order for lab Corp for blood work for physical was not issued two days before the appointment because they "were waiting for doctors approval". Having experiences this in last years physical I started calling them ten days prior to the appointment, two days before the appointment still no returned call. Another time the doctor ordered a procedure and when I went to schedule it the hospital said they needed pre-approval. The insurance company said the approval had to come from the doctors office. Dozens of calls to Chalfont Family Practice, no call back even once, finally I connected and was told "oh we should have given you that authorization number when we gave you the order". When you visit, there are half a dozen people mulling around; but no one seems to return calls or listen to messages. Archaic and old fashion office that does not use email or texts to communicate with clients; everything is menu and voicemail and they do not return your messages. Don't expect much here, the office is busy making the patients jump through hoops; and they seem to enjoy it.

And the office is at suite 2500. If you need help there are people always walking around and they will point you in the right direction. When you first walk in there is a glass window where you sign in. The front desk employees are always friendly and great you with a big smile. The wait time varies but it usually does not take too long.I've also seen a few doctors at this location. I've seen Dr. Elisa Mandel, Brittany Sands CRNP, Randi Banner CRNP. My personal favorite is Dr. Randi Banner- she is just a genuine, warm, and personable person. I feel comfortable talking to her and she is a good listener. I never felt rushed and she really takes the time to make sure she goes over everything and doesn't skip anything. She also ask how my life is going and if I have any questions about eating healthier, exercises, etc. She also has seen my older brother and when she sees me she always asks about him.Overall all the doctors I have had are great. I just have a favorite doctor and that's a good thing.
