This being said, I get tanned whenever we have a special occasion. We only recently moved to the area and I was nervous about finding a solid tanner. Brandi is AMAZING! She made me feel very comfortable and the tan was perfect!! I always had to go in for touch ups on my legs. I told her about that and she addressed that issue and I had the most even tan I've ever had! The coloring/tone was perfect! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Brandi!! Tanned before Vegas Nov 2023!!

First, the girls at all locations are great and clearly understand the concerns I'm about to express. We purchased the Ambassadors Club package to use only the spa services, with occasional spray tans. For weeks, we were told "any day" they would get a new red light machine, which is part of why we chose to get the membership here. Unfortunately, that still hasn't happened a month later. The current red light bed now has 7 of 18 lights burnt out on top and theyve been out for the entire time we've been attending. The massage bed at the Hayden location was broken for two days we came, and the Cda location still has a broken massage bed, which has been broken since the beginning. When you pay for services, you expect them to be in good working order. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case, and clearly, they are in no rush to fix them. I emailed corporate, and they ignored my concerns.

I have lots of other places to compare it to, and these ladies doing an excellent job! Rebekah is smart, thorough and incredibly careful. All the ladies I've seen so far are well trained. Also, they (unlike another place that I went to here first which I will never go back to), they prep the room before you go in to make sure that it's clean. They have a tremendous number of options as well! And, are very good at letting you know what options you need without trying to take advantage of you or upsell, (which again the place I went to initially when we moved here , it was all about the upsell, which really turned me off). They have earned a customer for life and I have already had two procedure procedures done there actually three and I'm going to be heading for a fourth and I'm also signing my husband up! And, my friend from out of town is going to try when she is in town as well!
