She is very knowledgeable about the services she provides and what to expect. She answers all my questions and I feel comfortable talking to her about private topics. The entire process is completely painless and only takes 30-40 minutes (for full legs). Recently, I decided to try their tattoo removal. I have a small tattoo behind my ear that I have been in the process of removing for almost 4 years. I had been going to a tattoo removal specialist in Hermosa Beach and my tattoo was very slowly fading. I had easily done over 10 laser sessions. The tattoo was probably 75% gone/faded. After 2 sessions with Alyssa my tattoo is almost completely removed! The place I was going to before had not been turning the machine up high enough. Although it was painless, I spent thousands of dollars and countless hours driving to appointments for very minimal results. I still have a credit at the other place that I will not be using it. Then when I paid the receptionist charged me a different price and the receipt said juvaderm injection- I told her I did not have juvaderm but she said that the price is the same- which is not at all what Nancy said- by this time I just wanted to get OUT. When I got in my car I had blood dripping down my face, Nancy did not even clean my face after injecting me- Unbelievable - the worst most unprofessional experience - I hate to complain but not only do I think they are on drugs but charging inappropriately This is not my first experience doing injectables but went there because it was close and one friend recommended- NEVER AGAIN- stay away from here!!!

I had laser treatment performed on my entire face, including around my eyes. After the procedure, I developed severe post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation under both eyes. I was verbally told there was only a possibility of small hyperpigmentation spots, not extensive dark discoloration covering the entire under-eye area. I will admit that I did not thoroughly read all of the paperwork I signed. However, if I had fully understood that this could be a possible outcome, I never would have agreed to the procedure. I now look worse than I did before the treatment, which has been incredibly distressing and the emotional impact of this experience has been far greater than I was prepared for. I returned for follow-up appointments and was repeatedly assured that results can take up to 90 days. Unfortunately, at the 90-day mark, there was still no meaningful improvement. I contacted the spa again via text message, which had been our primary form of communication, and sent photos showing the condition of my eyes after 90 days. I never received a response. I strongly encourage anyone considering this treatment to fully research the potential risks and make sure they clearly understand all possible side effects before proceeding.

I never had any complaints about Dr. Fein, just the follow-up and attentiveness of the staff. After my discussion, I've found them MUCH BETTER on getting back to me regarding a prescription. When I could not find a cost-effective provider based on my insurance, Dr. Fein and his staff got me a physician sample at no cost. I remain hopeful that Dr. Fein, and PV Dermatology Associates can become my dependable dermatologist.

They do not plan well at this office, and from the experience, they are not to be trusted.
