My review has dropped to 1star since I can't give it no stars. Areocare has done it again! I take a large mask but in my latest order they sent me a shallow mask without the required headgear I tried calling and sending emails and finally got a call back two weeks later. Told the lady my problem she said she would send my the correct size mask headgear and cushions. I got my box today and I got the large cushions and they sent me the same damn shallow mask they sent in the first place. I don't know what's wrong with those people but it seems they just don't give a damn. I don't know if they realize this or not but their not the only company that sells cpap supplies read more

I just received a box containing my resupply of my Cpap. The box came in terrible condition. It was not fully sealed on the bottom side with the cellophane packing tape leaving one flap open! I called the company and spoke to a rep who blamed it on UPS! I explained that it was not sealed properly, but she just kept ranting about USP, etc. Well, it is Arkansas.... Notice to all current and potential customers: This company is guilty of insurance fraud. They send high priced CPAP supplies, which were not ordered by the patient, bill them for the item, and then when the patient calls to return the UNOPENED item, they deny the return and claim that it was ordered. Even though the patient explains the item is on the packing slip, they behave in the most unprofessional manner and bully the patient into paying for the item!! They basically insinuate the patient is lying!! read more
