The drivers are friendly, informative and helpful when making decisions about what to see or where to go in the area. I've taken advantage of the bike rack in front of the vehicles many times. My most recent use of the shuttle was to bike around the area with my son. We boarded in Lewsiton, with our bikes (there are only room for two on the shuttle), and got off at Whirlpool State Park. We rode on the upper gorge trail, a bit bumpy but doable, along the Niagara River, through the state park near prospect point. We continued along the river to just past the north grand island bridge where there's a nice little park. We had some fruit and rested a bit by the water. People were fishing, there was a group playing music (guitar and bongos) and a few more bikers in this quaint park near 60th street on Buffalo Ave. On the way back we stopped at the old stone chimney....built in 1756....moved 4 times throughout the years to this "final" spot. We went through the tourist area around Falls Street and headed to the Discover Center where we wanted to pick up the shuttle. We saw the shuttle just leaving as we were coming into the parking area but luckily it was the same driver who recognized us and stopped so we could board. We got to tour the stops in Niagara Falls on the way home like the NAAC (Niagara Arts and Cultural Center) and the Oakwood Cemetery (where daredevil Annie Taylor is buried). We got off in Lewsiton completing our fun day. The shuttle continues on to Fort Niagara and stops in Youngstown but we didn't go that far. It was interesting to hear people coming on and off at different stops from all areas of the country and abroad. The shuttle added a lot of interest to our day. I'm glad to see many people taking advantage of this cool free service.

John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. Last year I needed a cab from the US side of the Rainbow Bridge (after walking across the bridge from the Canadian Side) to travel a few miles into Niagara Falls NY. The driver named Thomas was courteous and professional, and gave me his business card for the return trip. This year I had a different driver named Aleesha who was also wonderful, who picked me up at Rainbow Boulevard and Niagara Street to go to the Walmart Supercenter on Military Road. She was waiting there one hour later when I needed to return. The cars are very clean and well-maintained. US Cab is arguably the best cab company in town.
