Untrained, undermotivated staff. I agree that service is not their fifth or sixth best quality. I've only met one person who originally delivered my defective o2 generator....it was old and kept tripping and setting off a high pitched alarm. No luck when trying to get it fixed so I switched o2 providers.... If anyone gets into this market that is marginally capable they will be flooded with business. read more

They loan machines that don't work and will charge you a $5000 (travel deposit) if they feel like it was your fault their poorly maintained equipment has a problem. Seems fraudulent. Terrible customer service. If you call in with a problem they act as if they enjoy grilling you as to why you need a replacement or maintenance (which they never do). They don't care if you die, which you could, because if you need oxygen as I do, you may be out of luck. read more

Can't wait for Amazon to get into this business!!! Service is not a word I would associate with company. I have been trying to get a new CPAP machine since my old one developed mold. EVERY time I call I get the same song-and-dance that the sales rep is in the doctor's office today to get a copy of my sleep study for insurance purposes.
