I sent Aero Adventura $2,500 twice to completely pay for sails kit to re-cover the used Adventura II I bought last winter. One of the payments was by cashier's check from Wells Fargo bank...proof positive!
I'm a retired clinical psychologist...a good guy with proof of payment for service not rendered.
I even wrote in my last letter that I would consider sending another $5,000 if they would send me what I've already paid for, but after seeing Scott C's letter, I'd be a complete fool to act honorably with such despicable non-service.
I've written letter after letter with one response by chief mechanic who promised to "look into it." He didn't even give me the courtesy of tel;ling me why not - I'd report "Nothing happened" but something did: I got pushed into striking back.
I don't believe this can just be incompetence and now suspect delays may be due to deep financial problems.
I am consulting an attorney to take Aero Adventure to court.
I advise against placing any trust into this company at all. I have never, ever been treated so abysmally incompetently if not criminally. I will continue to report as long as this terribly wrong negative treatment continues.
I echo what the other reviewer, Scott C., wrote: CAUTION! BUYER BEWARE!
To add insult to injury, There is a note I see typed under this text box, "This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!"
I have never - not in 64 years of flying - been treated so abysmally, with such neglect! I've never been pressed to retaliate...until now. I plan to initiate a law suit.
p.s. Scott, do you want to join me and make this a class action suit?
