I know it's post COVID and employees are hard to find. But when there are delays esp when there is a line of people waiting to check in at the ticketing counter--you'd expect some kind of announcement. But no, we didn't know what was going on till someone went up to counter staff person and asked. Even then you'd think someone would think to let the waiting customers know what's going on esp since plane is scheduled to leave within the hour and we still haven't had our luggage checked in yet!!
