Bad Customer Experience I ordered a stand for supporting 6…read morecomputer monitors. The box arrived promptly with dozen of elements to assemble in there, one of which was missing. I contacted LDLC and they refused to help me on the pretense I had posted the complaint more than 72h after having received the box and, read that, that they were not commercializing the missing item!. I wrote, called, emailed, to no avail. They even refused to give me the contact details of the Taiwanese (?) supplier, leaving me unable to source the missing element on my own. What a terrible customer service. Their behavior is even probably illegal. There are so many suppliers on the internet that using this one is a risk not necessary to take.
