The other review said they are all about wealth, honestly, I have never gotten that message from them. The pastor does encourage to give, as he should, the Bible has plenty of scriptures when it comes to tithing. If you are looking for a nice Church with nice people I encourage you to at least visit one time.

The check in for the kids is the label system where the parent has to have the matching sticker to claim children. I really like that they print a label for the diaper bag since it's not all fancy or anything. Big bright post its announce my son has a peanut allergy, and they double checked the infant snack ingredients to make sure we were ok. The service was interesting. Sorta concert like, dark with fancy lights on stage. Doesn't look churchy but that's ok. I didn't recognize any of the songs, but they were beautiful. Contemporary music with guitars, cello, violin, drums and singers. Relaxed dress code, from jeans and tees to dresses. Nothing over the top. Really enjoyed the message about Mary pouring perfume on the feet of Jesus. The bulletin did not have notes or an order of worship/ list of songs, etc, so I was a little disappointed there. Lastly there were offering envelopes but no connection cards for us to request prayer or information. Will definitely attend for another week or so!

I attended my best friend's son's birthday party and everyone had a great time! The kids absolutely…read moreloved the inflatables and they were all tired out from climbing and going down the big slide. The party room was spacious and clean. Their pizza is really good and the staff is very friendly. If you're looking to have a private event for your child in the Bourbonnais area, you definitely need to check this space out!
