Wow - could not be more impressed with the inspection I got! Before even meeting Aaron in person, I was blown away by his communication skills. He was super friendly on the phone and took ample time to answer any and all questions that I had. He made all the calls necessary to the seller's agent to set up the inspection - which in this instance, was no easy task. When I met him I instantly felt at ease because within two minutes of talking to him, it was evident that he had expert knowledge of homes (due to his long history working in various aspects of home building) and a genuine interest in providing thorough and complete information. I met Aaron for a walk-through after he inspected the home earlier in the day. The walk-though was much more thorough than I anticipated and wound up lasting quite a while because I had a million questions. Aaron patiently and thoughtfully explained things to me and by the end of my experience, I felt much less terrified about the unknowns and much more knowledgeable and equipped to move forward with the purchase. The inspection report he emailed me shortly after the inspection is... remarkable. It is a lengthy document that goes in depth about all the things he observed and is categorized very well - so it can be referenced easily. It even includes photos and information on suggested ways to resolve issues. It truly is a perfect homeowner's manual for the property that will be referenced for the life of the house I imagine.
