We had settled on one in rocky mount. We planned to go back and buy it the next day as it was getting late in the evening. On our way back home, my daughter found one that she wanted to look at before heading back to rocky mount. So glad we decided to go look at one more. This dealership knows how to conduct themselves and talk to the customer. Not like just another sale but as if we were close friends having a conversation. This dealership is by far the best one I have been to in many years maybe the best one to date. I love the personalization and the feeling that you are dealing with a company and people that cares. Went with my dad and a fried to try and find a front bumper cover for my Hyundai Elantra. I was told, and I quote, "We have some Hyundai out there, dunno if it's the one you're looking for." Turns out, they charge $1 just to go in and look at the vehicle. We were all under the assumption that the cost would be refunded if we didn't purchase anything. When we got out to the yard, there was a Hyundai Accent that had been crushed on the driver's side and had the front end caved in, clearly unusable for me. We all went back to the office and the older lady rudely told us that she didn't know what kind of car it was, only the male was in their system. When my dad asked about the $3 refund, she gave us an astounded look, like we were asking something so taboo. She refused to give us a refund and said the charge is mandatory. Had we known the "admission fee" wasn't refundable, we would've never set foot in this place. What a scam Foss has running here. Even the recycling place next door will scam you.
