Went with my dad and a fried to try and find a front bumper cover for my Hyundai Elantra. I was told, and I quote, "We have some Hyundai out there, dunno if it's the one you're looking for." Turns out, they charge $1 just to go in and look at the vehicle. We were all under the assumption that the cost would be refunded if we didn't purchase anything. When we got out to the yard, there was a Hyundai Accent that had been crushed on the driver's side and had the front end caved in, clearly unusable for me. We all went back to the office and the older lady rudely told us that she didn't know what kind of car it was, only the male was in their system. When my dad asked about the $3 refund, she gave us an astounded look, like we were asking something so taboo. She refused to give us a refund and said the charge is mandatory. Had we known the "admission fee" wasn't refundable, we would've never set foot in this place. What a scam Foss has running here. Even the recycling place next door will scam you. So much for being "true to the word of God". Avoid anything Foss, they're nothing but evil.

I would definitely recommend this salvage yard over the one in Havelock. They have a large selection of used parts and seem to always be getting in new inventory.

After six months of on and off looking across the state I spotted a truck that matched what I was looking for on their website (no annoying popups and fakish chat-bot help prompts). I was really happy with the helpfulness, sincerity and lack of pushiness from the sales person (Noah W. was excellent). I have to commend the sales manager (Jason) as well - he was just great to work with on the final numbers. I asked to talk to the service manager (Tyler) and he was equally confidence inspiring. It was fast and efficient and I feel like I got a very fair price, a no hassle (even pleasant!), experience, and I look forward to returning there for service. It's a laid back small town, genuinely friendly kind of vibe that was so refreshing to experience. My wife was even impressed.

Usually a business let's you know if there is a fee and how much in advance so you can decide if you can afford it...We would have said no!
