The first knot he worked on for me was a doozy. I knew it was there, thus, I scheduled a massage after locating his services via Groupon. I read his bio and thought he was worth a try. I have been going back ever since. He is a professional who gets the job done for a great price. I ended up purchasing the 3-massage package he regularly offers. I will note that the location is inside of an office building and I noticed on each appointment that voices in the neighboring business can be heard. However, with appropriate music to go along with an excellent Swedish Deep Tissue massage, it doesn't bother me. Actually, I think I may have fallen asleep on my last visit. I highly recommend Majic Handz for those knots in your back or if you need a sports massage.

After repeatedly trying to book a session without success, I requested a refund. Although he stated that he would process it, more than a month has passed and I still have not received my refund. I continue to receive assurances that it has been handled, but no payment has been returned. I've been a loyal client for over 2yrs. I'm not sure what led to this situation, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not purchasing services in advance --especially if you are considering paying in advance. The legal battle is not worth it. Choose a more reputable provider.

I have been coming to Olea for about 6 months now & have been working with Jamie. She is AMAZING. Our first couple sessions consisted of her finding stretches and other movements that tend to my needs specifically. Jamie is very understanding and extremely patient, as when I first came in to Olea I felt as if I have tried everything else & this was my last hope. Now I can move freely again! Already, 5 stars for being able to accommodate me within less than 12 hours and he was able to pre-pay them as well! My therapist, Katie, worked with me to fix me and relieve my pain temporarily but the best part was that she gave me exercises and showed me how to relieve pain on my own. That was gold! She was so. freaking. good that immediately after I started seeing her once a month for close to 6 months. During this time she really took the time to assess me properly, work on specific areas and cater my sessions to me + my body. Every session was phenomenal and I really learned a lot. Now I go back here and there. I can go back to get some real bodywork done or I can go back when I just feel like I need a zen, relaxing massage. I love that I can get whatever type of massage that I need in that moment. This is truly a gem in Charlotte! Definitely love the staff and the receptionist. I won't see anyone else. I've gotten massages on various vacations (resorts, cruises, etc) and it's an on-going joke between my fiancee and I now: He'll ask, "Is it Olea-good?" and I always respond, "Nope." because he knows how much I rave about them

The warming on the massage table was welcome, and I was very comfortable throughout the experience.
