We had tried to put a pump back there to help but it didn't help much. Finally, Thomas and his team came in and developed a plan. They were able to dig some trenches and create a draining system that has kept my backyard from flooding. This team starts and finishes a job in an efficient manner, and they leave your yard looking amazing. Their prices are also affordable! I am so thankful that my family gets to enjoy a dry backyard. I highly recommend T&J, you won't be disappointed in their work.

I had the opportunity to get on Grand View Concrete LLC's schedule during their busy season, and…read moreI'm glad I did. They brought out their full crew to make sure the pour went smoothly, and the attention to detail really showed. They also did a phenomenal job with cleanup, it looked like they were never even there once the work was done. The finish was the cherry on top. The two-tone design turned out exactly how I hoped, and the border looks incredible. They were even able to work around my existing AC unit so they could pour the patio without removing it, which was a huge benefit during this heat wave. The owners personally came out to oversee the sealing process to ensure that the patio was properly protected and will last for years to come. If you're looking for quality flatwork and a team that takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Grand View.

I knew someone that had work done by Dykstra last year and they were looking to hire them again…read morethis year for another job and their pricing was great. I knew they did great quality work from the job in the prior year so I had no worries there. The work crew was on time, courteous, and did a nice job with clean up at the end. It's been about 5 months and I'm still very happy. There are no cracks and everything is uniform and level. They even accommodated my request to put 4x4 wood posts in the steps so that I could use a composite stair rail kit (which I assembled after the cement set). As I mentioned before their pricing is very competitive, so you'll have to plan ahead when scheduling, especially in the busy summer season. That's not any reason in my mind to give them a lesser rating though. They're busy because they do excellent work and have good pricing, so just plan ahead and get a quote and if you have lots of rain like we did this year, you may have to wait a little longer, but that means it will set properly and you'll be happy with the results. These guys are great!
