I stop seeing her and have had a few psych's after her and finally am better under a different cluster of disease categories. Maybe it was covid or maybe it was her lacking incite into her own ego. Sometimes one diagnosis doesn't work better than a list. I'm glad I found a new psychiatrist that listens and doesn't gaslight. I wanted to write a formal letter from my lawyer but it's literally not worth it. Medicine is a practice; hope she improves.

So, then I get a letter from my doctor that she removed me from her service. Wow! That's a great way to help someone with mental health issues. It wasn't a nail appointment. When I missed it, why wasn't she concerned enough to contact me and make sure I'm ok? Nope. Instead I'm just kicked to the curb. Good thing I'm not in distress or suicidal (at the moment).
