Not only is this office liars because no pharmacy sells this medicine directly to patients, but also extremely unprofessional as I have spoken to over 6 people at this office, repeat the issue they created and each has promised a call back with guidance on where to get this medicine. And, no one calls back. My mom is in between treatments and in pain and this careless group has made no effort to support and help her as a patient. They asked my mom to visit the office, gave her a prescription that cannot be accepted at any pharmacy and for doing nothing, charged Medicare. Terrible unprofessional and unethical group.

There's a reason Dr. Savarino has an impeccable reputation. HE CARES. His practice is more than about making money, or selling you something you don't need, or giving you some biased opinion on something that may or may not help you. Everything out of his mouth comes from that muscle deep in his chest. It's that muscle that many Drs don't use enough of. For many of them, their brains get in the way. Their greed, their god complex, their egos get in the way. Dr. Savarino is not just your Dr, he becomes your friend. How many Drs are truly available and open to guiding you into making informed and educated decisions on your health. How many patients become more than just a number? Some Drs become desensitized and only see dollar signs. They don't see you as a person who may be a little confused just looking for guidance. I can't even tell you how grateful I am that someone like Dr. Savarino exists. He's what every Dr should aspire to be. Months later, after working with her, I had zero problems functioning and agreed. It was the best move I could have made! Years later, I went back for neck help after a car accident. I have coined the term to my family that she is the "body whisperer"! Theresa has helped every family member with post-surgical recovery and general, localized pain, and everyone is extremely thrilled with their results. She has treated: me, my mom, sister, niece, nephew and aunt/cousins. I think the only two who haven't seen her are probably my dad and uncle. They continue to send me random bills with no dates of service and they continue to threaten to send me to collections. When I discuss with the billing employees on the phone, they say I am paid in full but they cannot resolve the bills which keep coming. I do not recommend Ivy Rehab in Tinton Falls.
