My grandmother's house had yellow jackets nesting inside the wooden siding, and they were coming out from a crack by one of the front windows. Spraying achieved nothing so I called in professionals. I called this company and Western and IPM had earlier availability. They were responsive and professional throughout, though I wish they had sealed the crack on the first visit. Simply spraying didn't do much, so they went back and sealed the crack on the second visit and that took care of the problem. I am satisfied with their service and would use them again. The cost wasn't cheap ($500+) but it seemed reasonable to me, and they promised that within thirty days they would come back if the problem was not resolved. I was forced to use the service due to the one year contract they had for the customers. The person treating the property will message on the day of treating saying that he will be coming to our place without even checking if we are available. Even after repeatedly letting them know to give atleast a weeks heads up this process was not corrected. The last visit they tried to make it right by scheduling and they have treated our property. After two weeks of the treatment there was severe ant infestation inside our home. I called on a Monday and informed and they put me on hold for sometime. They said they are not able to reach out to the person who treated our home and assured will give me a call back. I waited and did not receive any call that day or next day. On Wednesday I called back again and they kept saying they were not able to reach the person I requested to send another person asap and again they said they will give me a call back. One week passed no one called or came for treatment and our home had ants everywhere. The service have been so bad that I decided to end the service the supervisor called and said they were supposed to come on Friday and again no one called and came . I highly do not recommend this service to anyone as they do not know how to schedule visits and they have hardly any resources to treat. I immediately called another pest control service and they gave me an appointment for tomorrow. For all the previous visits they say they clear the cobwebs when they treat the exterior but when we check later the day there were a lot of places where they did not clear them. They try to bound you in by contract and give you a terrible service. I was fooled by all the great reviews here , I do not want anyone else to go through this traumatic experience. read more

I reached out to a few pest control companies on Yelp in a panic after being woken up by two live cockroaches on the carpet next to my bed. I had also seen and killed a variety of spiders in the home since we had moved in a few weeks ago. Advanced IPM gave me a call and was able to set up an appointment within 48 hours. Rex came to spray the inside and outside of our house and came in a mask, gloves, and booties over his shoes. He was incredibly nice, answered all our questions, and make me feel so much better about our situation. Everyone I dealt with was great. One small recommendation I have for Advanced IPM is to always have the exterminator call ahead (like Rex did) to confirm the appointment window, as the one I was quoted (11am-1pm) vs. the one he had (3-5pm) was pretty off. He was very knowledgeable and really listened to our concerns and provided several options. He was NOT pushy. He didn't try to sell me other services. I signed up with Advanced IPM a couple months ago after noticing rodent activity in my backyard. The service we have received has been stellar in every way. Eric and Heric, in particular, have been extremely attentive and responsive. When I text or call them, they respond within minutes. Each time I've needed them to dispose of any captures, they have arrived within just a few hours. By contrast, my previous pest control provider refused to come out more than once per month regardless of whether we caught anything. I consulted several pest control services and Advance IPM was the only company that provided the solution I was looking for. Specifically, they were the only company that offered (1) outdoor rodent control and (2) immediate rodent disposal. I received a recommendation from a friend of mine who had been using Advanced IPM for several years to treat ants getting into her home. We experienced ants getting into our house for several months and every time I thought I had the problem under control, the ants just found new pathways for getting into the house. I called Advanced IPM as well as another pest control company I had used years earlier. Advanced IPM had a far better price and I've been extremely pleased with the work they do. They currently spray the yard and along the perimeter of the house once every two months. The ant problem disappeared almost immediately after the first application. The technician also destroyed a yellow jacket nest that I had found earlier that day after getting stung.
