So frustrating. We have used this service many times and it's been fine. But today we had them out and specifically asked if they could let us know when they were doing a certain room as our dog was in it with a baby gate separating from the rest of the house and the open door. We then walk by and the gate is off and the dog is gone. I asked Gary where the dog is and he said oh we let him outside. Who does that? I said the side gate may be open as we had someone outside doing some work and he acted like he could care less. I ran frantically out one door and my husband the other. We are close to a highway so I was worried the dog would be killed. As Im running back in to see if my husband had any luck, I said why did you let him out when we asked you to get us when you were doing the room. He said oh I didn't remember and doesn't seem at all worried the dog is gone. He does nothing but stand there and watch other person work and showed no regard for our dog or our wishes. Luckily the dog was in the very back of our yard, but based on this careless disregard for our wishes and our pet will NOT be hiring this company again. read more

I have to say I have used several carpet cleaners over the past year and by far ACS has been great. Friendly, prompt and carpet comes out great all the time. I have light carpets with heavy traffic and every time they finish it looks great. I strongly recommend them and I will only call them from now on. read more

It was the one of the few very worst experiences we had with a company that is supposed to provide services to customers in the best possible way. Doesn't even deserve a single star. Our landlord gave us Gary's number so we could schedule an appointment with him. When I spoke to Gary he agreed to come in for cleaning the carpet at our new place. While he was cleaning my father was present to oversee the work done. Our landlord agreed to pay for the carpet cleaning service and told us not to worry about payment since she will manage it. After finishing his work he demanded my father a check to make the payment. Since we were not sure that the owner has already paid him or not my dad told him to wait because we aren't supposed to pay. My dad was trying to get in touch with the owner of the house but Gary couldn't be patient so he lost his temper and got extremely aggressive with my dad. He started yelling and screaming at my dad and banged his receipts register on the kitchen counter, stomped on the floor and made fists. He didn't want to listen even when my dad tried so hard to calm him down so he could explain him the situation. He harassed my father with his aggression and despite many attempts to calm him down he showed no patience or courtesy. Gary continued demanding the money without wait so my dad paid him in cash after which he left. I tried to call and talk to him but he did not even take a second to listen to my complaint and instead kept repeating, "I'm trying to conduct business here". I told him he first needs to learn how to conduct business and care for his employees. He hung up on me twice. It's not about paying but more about his horrible demeanor and aggression and extremely poor customer service. My experience: Horrible and the worst service ever. Don't ever get any service from Gary and his company Advanced Cleaning Systems. Funny thing is you can all see how this company's rating has been consistently falling lately! read more

ACS was fantastic! My appointment was at 9:00am and they were right on time. ACS cleaned the carpets in the family room and master bedroom. The master bedroom was gross since it hadn't been cleaned since we move in. I wish I had a before and after picture, because it looks like a brand new carpet! Very impressed with the work Gary and Sam have done. I really wish I had taken a photo of the carpet prior to the cleaning as it was really heavily soiled by foot traffic. They were on time. Gary came in, looked around and quoted me a price 300 dollars higher than what he previously stated over the phone. When I questioned him, about the price difference, he said "Well if you're looking for inexpensive, I'm not your guy." I said I was not looking for cheap, but needed to make a quick call to make sure it was OK. He made a condescending remark about me "renting" then he shut the door and drove away while I was on the phone. The shop closes in less than 30 minutes and it is a Saturday, so I think he was just worn out and didn't want the job. However, when I move in to my permanent home in Glenmoor later this year, I don't think I'll be calling him despite the other good reviews. read more

I had setup a appointment with him(Gary) for July-01-2016 and talked about the price on phone 3 times. He confirmed the price range between $160-$170 and mentioned that it won't be more than $170 . I cleaned all the carpet and removed all the objects from carpet before he arrived as per his instructions. After reaching here he asked for $190-$200 first. When I reminded him of the committed price range then he told $177. I would have paid him $177 also but offered $170(max of the range specified). But he just walked out even without talking anything. He had seen that I have removed all the stuff from floor but still walked out. Very unprofessional and very rude. Not worth even one star . read more

On the day of my appointment, they called two hours prior to ask if they could come early, since they were done with another client. It was not a problem for me. We had our carpets cleaned after our old cat died. One of them had been exposed to cat urine, and the cleaners were not able to get rid of the smell completely, even with a second visit (they had warned us that they might not be successful). Subsequently, in searching for treatment of cat urine on carpets, I found ACS. They pulled up the affected portion of carpet and treated the wood strip and the bottom of the carpet; fortunately, we had chosen a good pad with a moisture barrier, so they did not need to replace the pad. The smell is now gone. For a reasonable price, ACS saved us from having to replace the carpet. read more

These Guys are really good. They are professional, showed up on time and got the rugs cleaned . They took a really dirty carpet with heavy dirt and did the steam cleaning as well as pulling out the rotary rig for the trouble spots leaving the carpets looking good. Gary and Sam, father and son, did an outstanding cleaning job on our carpets! We had them do their "deep cleaning" method with their heavy duty machine because our carpets had not been cleaned for 5 years (since they were installed). They had quite a number of spots that I had tried to clean with spot removers (only to have the spots resurface). My husband did individual areas with our Hoover Carpet Cleaner over the years but I did not realize how dingy they had gradually gotten. The deep clean procedure made the carpet look like new. Gary and Sam are really, really knowledgeable and explained a lot to me about carpets and carpet care.
