After the carpet dried, the coffee stain remained. Additionally, there were 3 long brown streaks parallel to the coffee stain. Apparently, coffee got on the equipment & left the stains. I reported this to the company, & the same technicians returned on Friday, 8/13/2026. they were here about 7-8 minutes. When the carpet dried, the original coffee stain was better but not gone. However, the 3 long brown stains had turned into SEVEN (7) long brown stains. The stains are at one of the rooms entrances & are quite an eyesore. I reported the preceding today Tuesday, 8/18/2026. I was told it would cost an additional $50.00 for Peaches & Clean to return as complaints have to be filed within 3 days. I pointed out I was reporting within 3 working days. To no avail, I further pointed out that it was Peaches & Clean's technicians who caused the damage. The company refused to take responsibility. I will NOT USE or recommend this company again.

Their quote sounded good and they could come the same day we had Steam King scheduled for - which was necessary as we were moving out the next day - so we gave them a try. They came out within a few hours and did a terrific job. Their total with tax was $114.75 and was what they quoted for a carpeted 3 bedroom and living room. Their technicians were professional and polite. Reading Mandy M.'s five-star review on Peaches N Clean it sounds as if this is one of the only companies - if not the only company - in the area which gives fair reasonable prices up front. If you're looking for a carpet cleaning company definitely save your time and check them out!
