I love going here for my spa needs. I've gotten a facial, and massage once in a while, but I choose to go here for pedicures mostly. They do a fantastic job every time. Amanda is great, and so kind. She answers any questions I have, and also helps me pick my color! I can never decide lol. Very clean atmosphere, and everyone is very nice. I can't wait to go back for another spa visit! Had a bikini wax like none I've had before. Imagine pulling the wax, it not coming off and tugging over and over to get it off. This happened at least 4 times! After the appt, I sent a request in through their online emailing system describing this terrible experience and asking fir a refund. Over a week has gone by and they couldn't even bother to respond...just bad business. I used to get services there and haven't for a while but recently moved back closer. The best massages EVER!!! I have been coming here for massages with Terry South, the owner, for 25 years. Her massages are amazing! I have had other massage therapy throughout my life at various resorts and spas in many cities and countries, and none rival the expertise of Terry (and are usually twice the expense). We came in for a wedding party. Horribly service, the owner Terri is unprofessional and rude and didn't run her staff in a professional manner. One of the manicurist was texting while giving a manicure, none of our nails were soaked and the bride was told no she couldn't have what she wanted and they gave her no suggestions as to what they could do for her. All the girls gel nails were chipped before the wedding and when we came in to talk to Terri she was rude and unprofessional and telling us we were wrong. She shoved my receipt in my moms face and was defensive and yelling at us. I would never come here even for a walk in. One of the girls doing nails didn't know how to do them. She had to keep stopping and asking other girls how to do the nails and of course the nails she did all chipped. The only girls who were and did a good job were Donna and Emily. They were pleasant and catered to the girls they did. But they were the only employees there that did their job well. They owner Terri didn't even a do a good job on the nails she did which should speak for itself about this place. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. DONT EVER GO HERE! You can tell since Terri is selling the place she doesn't care at all what happens to it. And her attitude is clearly carried over into her staff. No bride should ever experience Terri and her salon ever! read more
