About 5 minutes later he sent out a quote and said he could be at my house the next morning. After a long night a work I was sleeping when he arrived but my wife said he was very nice and very professional. The whole install took about 45min and they even hauled our old range for us. Great experience with Advanced Appliance! We were stuck with a new oven delivery and the company we purchased from refused to install the new one or haul away the old one! I was able to reach Teva right away and he scheduled the installation for the day after the delivery. The owner Teva and his son did a great job installing our new gas cooktop. He was able to schedule our install for the next day, which was a Sunday. Upon arrival Teva informed us we would need to make a bigger cutout in order to accommodate the new cooktop. It was an additional charge to cut but he gave us a discount on the installation charge. I purchased a Samsung induction cook top from Pacific Sales in Carlsbad to replace a Jenn Air gas cook top. I called Advanced Appliance Installations and scheduled the installation date with Teva (he was able to do it on a Saturday!!!). He picked up my cook top and brought it over to start the installation. He removed the old one (hauled it away) then discovered that my electrical connection (JBox) was not the correct connection for the cook top. He let me know and said he could work with it. What he really meant was he would remove the JBox connection and hard wire the cook top to the outlet (recommended). This was great news for me because I didn't want to delay the installation because of the electrical work. Then he discovered that the new cook top was slightly wider than the old one (both were 36" but the actual opening was slightly different); he made the necessary cuts and installed it! He demonstrated the cook top and tested it with my pans to ensure it was working!!! The installation cost was reasonable and I didn't have to call anyone else!! Thank you Teva! read more

We had a tile guy coming to put up backsplash, the fit was super tight for our microwave and Teva somehow got our microwave sitting perfectly flush with the cabinet above it despite not having the room to rock it properly to get it on the bracket. Teva tried to install our new (large) Viking refrigerator. He had assured me at the beginning that he had experience working with a built in refrigerator of this size - in addition, his Yelp page has pictures of those installations. While he was able to move the refrigerator from our garage into the kitchen, it was with great effort and a little damage to the ceiling. When I noted the refrigerator doors weren't level, nor the top panels plumb, he tried to make adjustments and eventually attributed it to a service issue. In addition, Teva didn't provide an invoice for the service - he said he would mail it later that day (still hasn't arrived after a couple of weeks). Viking service came out for service/warranty and explained that the refrigerator wasn't installed correctly as all the issues would be corrected with proper adjustments during installation. So, I paid a 2nd appliance installation company to come over and correctly make the adjustments to install the fridge. I would recommend going with an approved manufacturer installer who are+ trained to do a proper installation. I've learned a good lesson based on this experience - I hope it can help you. read more

Teva really stands by his work! When we got our expensive double oven delivered from Home Depot, it did not fit correctly and a hinge was gone (or retracted) so when we opened the oven door it almost fell on the floor! I wanted to tell Home Depot to come back and take it away! But Teva said let me come over, I am pretty sure I can install it and fix the hinge! He did! He did a great job! We even had a drawer that was really close to the oven and he made all the adjustments so everything would work! Hire this guy! And if he's busy, wait until he can fit you in. Referred by Pacific Sales from whom we bought a BOSC dishwasher. We needed to have a cabinet front-panel installed on the dishwasher. We were very pleased when Teva was able to schedule us for the next day. The original installer had incorrectly installed our dishwasher which complicated the panel intsall.
