The person who signed us up put incorrect information and phone numbers on our policy. The main office came back with 'uninsurable' because of their mistakes. Once that was corrected, we received other people's insurance cards. Who knew where ours were, because we didn't receive them. Office personnel were very perky and sweet when we called about this, but had no clue what to do, and the office manager was simply rude. We left and now have another insurance company.

They are extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and their customer service is fantastic. The best way to measure a company is if you're in an accident. I was rear ended by a drunk driver. I did not have my proof of insurance with me. I called Jesse and within 30 seconds, he texted it to me to give to the police. He was calm, cool, and collected and explained everything that was going to happen. I felt very well taken care of. I was able to get the same coverage for less than half the price. I repeatedly had problems with USAA. With State Farm, I was able to talk to a real person not a phone tree from hell. State Farm reviewed my coverage for my home, car and umbrella.. They reviewed everything and covered more than USAA for less than half my cost and gave me an additional deduction. I did not have to do anything except call USAA and cancel. It felt great to go back to a company I trust. USAA was simply horrible in many ways. I recommend any veteran to compare for themselves. You really need to be aware of how much USAA overcharges. The people at Jason Chandler State Farm were excellent and helpful. I will never go back to USAA. See for yourself.

I asked God to please allow us to package the entire office, including his staff, and move them all here to AR so we could keep them. We will carry a few products with them thus far, they have been wonderful and patient with us as they helped us transition. I encourage the entire state of NM to get their insurance needs covered with Jason Chandler and Associates immediately. You'll sleep better at night because they have you covered for anything life throws our way...we did! We love you all! Thank you all for your unwavering business and friendly support all these years. You are greatly missed. You have spoiled me and Bob through devastation and loss, you have taken care of our life events that needed assistance. We will forever miss and love you.
