So I just put my car back on the road and was given the 10 Day inspection sticker. I needed a few things done and one of them was my driver's side view mirror. The woman who worked at the front of the store, whose name I'll leave out just for her privacy reasons, gave me a pencil and a brown piece of paper so I could trace what the actual side view mirror dimensions were. However, my tracing wasn't that great and I made it too big to fit in the actual piece where the mirror would go. So I was given a marker, again by the woman working in the front and I made a line of about how much needed to be shaved off. This part of the mirror not fitting was my fault, not Advance Glass'. So luckily they were able to shave it down without the whole piece breaking and lucky for me , it fit. I would definitely go back to Avance Glass again. And I definitely give them the full 5 stars! read more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I decided to support a local business without reading reviews before hand. I ordered 3 window screens with springs on the sides to help secure the screens. The front office person wrote up my order incorrectly and when I went to pick up the screens I noticed the springs were on the top not the sides. I immediately pointed it out and instead of doing the right thing and offering to correct the mistake, she started arguing that this is what I ordered. After getting nowhere, I asked for the screen maker. The screen maker also didn't not offer a solution, so after getting no clear idea from her as to what she was willing to do, I suggested that they could remake the screens correctly or refund my $20 deposit and I would take my business elsewhere. At that point, after several more minutes, she looked at me and said well maybe we can work out a compromise. I was stunned! This was a $200 order and I wasn't going to pay for their mistake. I offered a third alternative. I told them, I wasn't going to argue with them and instead, I just walked out without the screens or getting my $20 deposit back. You may have better luck here than I did, but why take that chance. read more

I will keep it short. Had a very good experience , very knowledgeable staff , I did not have any expectations as we did not discuss the scope of there work they were to perform on my storm windows. Got the windows back in a short period of time 2 days , the price was what was to be expected . I will use them again for sure .. read more
