If you need to do a cash advance, this is one of the better places to go to. I'm not big on cash…read moreadvance companies, especially big corporate run stores. I think they are ripping people off who are already having a hard time. This is a little local run store, I think they've got 3 locations total in middle TN. Their fees aren't ridiculous and all fees & payback dates are told to you upfront, no hidden charges. The staff are real nice, they'll try to work with you to help out and they don't blow your phone up when it gets close to your due date like a lot of other places will. So, like I said, if you have to do a cash advance then check this place out. You'll get a better deal than from any of the big companies and be treated better. Cheers!

This bank apparently has chosen to shut down their drive through except for the ATMs. I stood in a…read moreline the other day that was out the door and there were only two tellers open at the windows. There were several other employees running around, but no one made any eye contact with the customers in the line and they kept their heads down as they walked past the line several times. I heard one teller state that the drive through was closed to give a better customer experience. Well having to come inside and wait in a line out the door for 25 minutes was a horrible customer experience. My boyfriend was with me and said that I should look into the Wells Fargo next door where he goes. Very disappointing experience. 2nd experience at this location. $15 fee for a $67 cashier's check. And the girl beside me walked out when they wanted to charge her $9 to cash her $45 check. It's a hassle to change banks but I think it is going to be worth it.

No one here mid Friday afternoon! Don't leave a GD sign on the door saying to just use the app. If an app could take care of my business I'd have saved my time and gas, stayed home and used it. Been with this bank almost two decades but this is the very last straw.
