I appreciated there was absolutely no pressure. He was honest, knowledgeable, kind, and very professional, and gave us the information we needed to make the decision that was best for us. It's refreshing to deal with someone who takes the time to explain everything and doesn't just try to sell you the most expensive option. Although we were outside of his service area, Jim still took the time to help us. After getting a $1,400 quote from another company, we contacted Atlantic. Jim spoke with us over the phone, diagnosed the issue right away, told us exactly which parts to buy from a local home improvement store, and even gave us a realistic idea of what a local handyman should charge to install them. He said he'd be happy to walk us through the repair over the phone if we decided to tackle it ourselves -- all completely free of charge!
