I thought it was very nice feature of having the…read morewhole speed queen thing on there so you could use your debit card, but as I guess the owner or whoever it is that answers the phone for Joe's. was very rude and smart. she told me we all need to do our due diligence and read all the fine print. that if you add money on speed queen directly for just Joe's laundry and you don't use all the money. they won't give you the money back and they won't or refuse to transfer the money. which I have talked speed queen before calling an they said you have to contact the laundromat that you added the money to do so. yet they're trying to make it seem like they can't do that and it's our fault we didn't read the fine print. now I have money stuck at their store that I can't get back or transferred to the new laundromat at my apartment which is ridiculous.

We took these shirts home and surprisingly the deodorant came right out of the material. Your staff did offer to charge me again to clean the shirts you weren't able to clean in the first place. Only your facility has had any problems removing deodorant. I am merely trying to ensure that anyone who considers using your business is aware that shirts less than a year old with aluminum free deodorant usage are too difficult to be cleaned at your facility. I am also still very upset at the fact that your staff is not friendly or receptive to trying to resolve the issue.
