I selected submit and my payment confirmation came through to my email. Several days later I received a 30 day late confirmation despite paying before 30 days. I contacted the company and was redirected several times between several managers, as well as their corporate office. I was given the runaround until I finally had a conversation with a very rude corporate representative who refused to address the problem that they're pre-populated amount on the app was incorrect. I was told it was my fault and that their IT department had successfully pulled up my account and said that it was in fact not reflecting what I had told them it was saying to pay. This was not true. I explain this to the corporate representative, which I was reprimanded and put down and hung up on when I was verbal in my defense regarding the amount. Not only did this situation happen but every day I get phone calls sometimes twice a day while I'm at work asking for payment if it's not paid ahead of time or the day of. I have in fact been very disrespected hung up on and treated poorly by this company. I have had several accounts all paid in full on time and despite this have been met with the most disrespectful people in my life. No one wanted to address the issue I had and the 30 day hit remains on my credit account. The only 30 day Late payment I have after Many loan contracts with this company.
