Their rates are insanely high, they have all these rules as to how and when you can pay back, they have my pay stubs proving when I get paid and still set their own payment dates BEFORE payday. I called to discuss that issue and they want ME to PAY to refinance to change due dates when I gave them my pay dates from the beginning. And when asked to help solve any issues with the account, "the system does it that way" is the answer to everything. I CANNOT WAIT TO PAY THEM BACK AND BE DONE WITH IT ALL.
