Our appointment was with Asia. Asia was super professional and quite thoughtful about dealing with the banking needs of a 90 year old. I cannot say enough good things about her, as well as about the Manager. As soon as they reconfigure the terrible parking lot & ATM area, they will have the most appealing facility in the High Desert.

The woman in front of me had a huge stack of checks. A woman (wish I knew her name) came out from the back and approached me and asked if she could help me. I told her I wanted to withdraw some $$ and need $100 bills. She told me I could do that at the atm. She went outside with me and helped me with my transaction. Wow. Who does that anymore! I had a terrible experience yesterday, as I was trying to get a cashier's check to pay a vendor…read morefrom a school fundraiser. I brought in small bills in two ziplock bags and was treated as if I were trying to commit a crime. They interrogated me as to how "weird" it was that I was trying to get a cashier's check with money from a bag and to exchange smaller bills into larger bills. The disrespect and condescending nature of both the bank teller and the bank manager were horribly astounding. Finally, after about 20 minutes, the bank manager said that they would help me "this" time. I do not understand why I was treated so horribly, as I have never been refused a transaction and questioned about my motive, especially at a bank. Being an Intermediate school teacher at this time of year is hard enough, as students are tired and choose to be noncompliant at simple requests. The fact that I was trying to pay a vendor with fundraising money and was harassed about its delivery was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for.
