Soon, I intend to transition all of my accounts from B of A to Chase, based upon my recent interaction. I was there, with my dad ( a Chase acct. holder) to take care of family business. Our appointment was with Asia. Asia was super professional and quite thoughtful about dealing with the banking needs of a 90 year old. I cannot say enough good things about her, as well as about the Manager. As soon as they reconfigure the terrible parking lot & ATM area, they will have the most appealing facility in the High Desert.

I love B of A, but this particular branch needs some help with it's external part of the building…read more Even though there is an ordinance, the panhandlers are always around if the security guard is not present. Additionally, every single Saturday morning, for the past two months, one of the ATMs is out of order. Maybe, B of A could put in an additional ATM so we wouldn't have such a line when one is down. I have only positive things to say about the inside and the people who work here.

I explained that I wanted to withdraw all of the money from my savings account. When you asked how much I wanted to withdraw, I said "all of it." I felt that I was very clear about what I was requesting, but the way the conversation continued felt unnecessarily difficult and, at times, passive-aggressive. I had just gotten off work and came into the bank expecting a simple and respectful customer-service experience. I understand that you may need to ask questions or verify information, but I should not feel like I'm being given an attitude for simply answering your questions and explaining what I want to do with my own money. I chose to bank with Bank of America because I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable--I simply expect professional and respectful customer service. I hope Brittany has a better day, and I genuinely hope this type of experience does not happen to another customer. Please be a little more courteous and patient with customers in the future.

I had a terrible experience yesterday, as I was trying to get a cashier's check to pay a vendor…read morefrom a school fundraiser. I brought in small bills in two ziplock bags and was treated as if I were trying to commit a crime. They interrogated me as to how "weird" it was that I was trying to get a cashier's check with money from a bag and to exchange smaller bills into larger bills. The disrespect and condescending nature of both the bank teller and the bank manager were horribly astounding. Finally, after about 20 minutes, the bank manager said that they would help me "this" time. I do not understand why I was treated so horribly, as I have never been refused a transaction and questioned about my motive, especially at a bank. Being an Intermediate school teacher at this time of year is hard enough, as students are tired and choose to be noncompliant at simple requests. The fact that I was trying to pay a vendor with fundraising money and was harassed about its delivery was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for.
